Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2.In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3.Add the diced bell peppers and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
