Ingredients

  • 4 pieces skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 count garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2.In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of oregano to create the marinade.
  3. 3.Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
