Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 4 medium roma tomatoes
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 0.5 medium lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2.While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3.Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
